⏳ Refund Timeframes

We offer partial or full refunds based on how early the cancellation request is made:

⚠️ Add-ons such as cakes, flowers, or custom décor ordered in advance are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation time.

🔁 Rescheduling Policy

We allow one-time rescheduling under the following conditions:

• Requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled slot

• Subject to availability of alternate time slots

• No rescheduling fee for the first change

Same-day rescheduling may be allowed on a case-by-case basis but is not guaranteed.

🚫 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are considered non-refundable once confirmed or prepared:

• Customized or pre-ordered cakes

• Flowers, bouquets, or personalized gifts

• Fog/bubble entries (if setup is initiated)

• Custom decorations or name highlights

• DSLR photography bookings

• No-show bookings (failure to attend without prior notice)
