User Responsibilities
By using our website or booking a service, you agree to:

Arrive on time and follow the conduct guidelines provided during your visit

You are responsible for any damage or misconduct caused by you or your guests during your booking.
Payment Terms

A partial or full advance payment is required to confirm bookings

Payment can be made via Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, or cash (location dependent)

All pricing is inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Add-ons (e.g., cakes, fog, photoshoot) are charged separately and must be paid in advance

Final payment must be completed before or at the start of your scheduled event
We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings or delay service for non-payment.
Booking Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund

Cancellations within 12 hours of booking time will not be refunded

One-time rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled slot (subject to availability)

Magique Theater reserves the right to cancel bookings due to operational or safety concerns. A full refund or reschedule will be offered in such cases.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website — including text, graphics, images, designs, logos, service names, decor themes, and custom setups — is the exclusive property of Magique Theater.
You may not:

Copy, modify, or reuse any part of the website or content for commercial purposes

Use Magique Theater branding or promotional content without written permission

Record or photograph interior decor for resale or duplication
Limitation of Liability
Magique Theater will not be liable for:

Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

You misuse the property or behave inappropriately with staff or other guests

No refund will be provided in case of termination due to misconduct or policy violation.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
